By purchasing or downloading any of these Chalkwork sets, you agree to the following: the icons remain copyrighted by Dave Shea. You will receive digital icon files and a royalty-free license to use those files within your own personal and commercial projects.

You do not, however, buy the right to distribute or sell these files. Inclusion within software or web sites making use of the GPL, Creative Commons, or any other open license which would change the terms of usage of these icons or make possible unlicensed usage is not allowed, unless icons are specifically exempted from terms of such license and steps are taken to render them unusable by third parties.

These icons are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranty. Future changes to the icons and/or the license under which they are provided may be made without notice or obligation.

Additionally, these icons are not to be used as, or as the basis for, an organization or product logo, or any other type of primary identifying graphical mark.
